All Trevava purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we’re happy to make it right. You may choose between a replacement or a full refund once the item has been returned to us.

Timeframe: You must contact us at meltpluslabs@gmail.com within 15 days of delivery to begin the return process.

Process: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will either send your replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
